Amy Joined Roebuck in November 2021 and leads Roebuck’s Finance and ESG strategies covering both internal corporate and investment strategies.

Her primary focus is to provide financial analysis and reporting across all aspects of Roebuck’s business including due diligence, administrative set up, fund reporting and on-going operational matters.

Prior to joining Roebuck in 2021, Amy worked for Rocket Properties as Head of Finance where she conducted detailed financial modelling and investment / development appraisals, operational cashflows, forecasts and distributions to shareholders.

Prior to Rocket, Amy worked for PWC from 2013 until 2017 and completed her ACA in 2016. At PWC she worked in real estate and audit teams developing skills in complex accounting scenarios.

Through his experience in last mile logistics, Charlie has transacted on €750m of European real estate investments arranging both equity & debt.

Before joining Roebuck in 2021, Charlie worked for Mileway, Blackstone’s last mile logistics portfolio company with an AUM of €15bn across Western Europe. Charlie started his career as a UK Analyst at Valor Real Estate Partners a specialist value-add industrial real estate investor.

Charlie oversees the asset management of Roebuck’s investment portfolio including pre-acquisition due diligence, formulating and implementing business plans, cultivating landlord and tenant relationships, instructing and monitoring third party advisors, investor reporting and implementing disposal strategies.

With a cumulative rent roll of €75m and a floor area in excess 3m square meters, Charlie has a unique insight into both investor and occupier markets and has successfully delivered a wide range of value-add initiatives across the UK and Europe.

Before joining Roebuck in 2012, Charlie worked for BNP Paribas Real Estate in the Logistics Capital Markets team and prior to this in the Portfolio Valuation team where he advised a variety of institutional clients and pension funds including Aviva, CBREGI, Henderson and Royal London.

David is responsible for sourcing and securing UK investment opportunities.

He has extensive investment experience across all real estate sectors and has transacted in excess €2.70bn. Over the last 5 years David has developed a strong European network of investors, developers and advisory teams that has led to €1.50bn of acquisitions in the European markets. This includes the off-market acquisition of Amazon’s fulfillment center in Prague, at the time the largest single-story warehouse in Europe.

Prior to joining Roebuck, David was the Investment Fund Asset Manager for NFU Mutual Insurance Society Ltd Fund. He was responsible for day-to-day asset management of the £2.00bn fund along with a principle focus of sourcing and securing new investment opportunities.

Having transacted in excess of €3.25bn within the Logistics Sector, Hugh is an expert at what he does. He has extensive knowledge of and key relationships with investors, occupiers, developers and lenders, active across all of Roebuck’s target investment markets.

Pre-Roebuck, Hugh worked for BNP Paribas Real Estate in the Logistics Capital Markets team advising a variety of institutional clients on buy/sell investment and development opportunities.

Joanna is responsible for the asset management of Roebuck’s investment portfolio in Spain, including formulating and implementing business plans, taking care of landlord and tenant relationships, coordination with third-party advisors, investor reporting and implementing disposal strategies.

Joanna has 13 years’ experience in the real estate sector. Most recently as Head of Industrial & Logistics CBRE, Baleares where she was responsible for corporate clients’ integral advisory in the Eastern region of Spain. Prior to this she worked within the asset management team at CBRE and was responsible for the investment portfolios located in various European countries for Spanish investors.

Joanna has advised a variety of corporate clients including Amazon, P3 Logistic Parks, Logicor, Santander, Aliseda and BBVA.

Nick has jointly led the company since our story began in 2009. Nick manages all real estate transactions and corporate operational matters.

Nick has extensive experience in undertaking and structuring complex transactions in both the UK and Europe with a wide range of institutional capital partners. Nick also oversees all tax and corporate structuring during pre-acquisition due diligence and post closing. Over his career has transacted more than €2.75bn predominantly in the logistics and offices sectors.

Before Roebuck, Nick worked for a private investor and before that Cluttons LLP where he worked in investment valuation and asset management, gaining significant transactional experience in the UK and Europe.

Victor joined Roebuck in September 2021. His focus is on developing the Roebuck  platform across the Iberian region.

With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, Victor has spent most of his career at CBRE, where he spent 18 years as Head of the Logistics and Tertiary product, both in investment and leasing. He was also the Managing Director of the Alicante and Murcia offices.

Victor has been involved in many of the key real estate transactions in Spain and has advised a variety of institutional clients and pension funds including Blackstone, CBREGI, Goldman Sachs and AXA.
